General
- We require full payment for goods and hire equipment before delivery.
- Payable by either bank transfer, debit or credit card
- £150 Security Deposit – Refundable once we have received the equipment in original condition.
If delivered
If you do not meet the driver at the agreed delivery/collection, time/date we will charge you a call out fee. If the driver is late because of traffic or other problems then we will make arrangements with you to come back another time that is suitable to you.
If Collecting
If you are collecting equipment from our Depot, we need the following items from you:
- A debit or credit card in the name of the person collecting.
- Photo ID
- A utility bill no older than 3 months with the same address as your contracted billing address.
